There are enough costless parking places in the nearest area around our venue.

Arrival by plane
The nearest airport is Berlin-Brandenburg (BER). Hohen Neuendorf can be easily reached by train from the airport - connections can be found on the rail portal.

Open dancing
Open and social dancing will take a big space of time at the event. We are proud to tell you that we have professional DJ's who promise to keep you on the dancefloor with fantastic music for Line- and Coupledance. Lets go Party! Party! Party!

Food and drinks
We serve various food and drinks in the venue. You can also go to one of the nearest restaurants. Fresh water (drink) will be available in the staging area for the competitors. Please use this only during your competition.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in seperated areas with signs "This is a smoking area".
Sale
The whole weekend we will have various stands with trademarks for Country-, Western- and Dancewear, Boots, Music and more.

For visitors who arrive on Thursday or earlier we recommend to visit the American Western Saloon,

Video
Videotaping of the competitions and workshops is permitted as long as no other guests will be disturbed.
Pictures
Professional and cheap pictures are offered by www.tanzfotobolcz.de.
During the event photos for marketing purposes (homepage, social media) will be taken.

Notice: photo and video recording
We would like to point out that at our event videos as well as photographs will be taken on which you could be depicted.
These photographs can be called up worldwide if they are published on the Internet.
A further use of the recordings by third parties can therefore not be excluded.
The recordings can be published/passed on via live stream, print media, websites and social media channels. Subsequently, they can also be used for advertising and marketing measures can be used.
By attending our event, you agree in principle to this, that the above-mentioned photo and video recordings have been made by us, that the above-mentioned purpose and may be published as listed above.
Concerning your consent in principle to the storage and publication of your personal data by your visit to our event, you cannot derive any rights (e.g. remuneration).
